The Opportunity

The Strateres Design Studio in Norwood is where design, technology, and experience converge. It’s not a showroom—it’s an environment where clients experience what’s possible firsthand.


We’re looking for a Studio Experience Specialist to serve as the primary client-facing representative of our studio—guiding homeowners, interior designers, architects, and builders through immersive, hands-on experiences with luxury lighting, audio, and smart home technology. This role goes well beyond giving tours. You’ll shape how people understand and connect with great design, and you’ll be instrumental in positioning the studio as a destination within the design and building community.


This is a role for someone who’s sharp, personable, and motivated—someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to develop deep expertise at the intersection of design and technology.


What You’ll Do

Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences

  • Lead engaging, consultative studio sessions for a diverse range of clients—from homeowners exploring options to seasoned design professionals evaluating specifications
  • Translate complex technology into intuitive, inspiring experiences that resonate with each audience
  • Read the room and adapt your approach based on the client’s background, objectives, and level of familiarity

Represent the Studio and the Brand

  • Build authentic, lasting relationships with clients and industry contacts—no scripts, no hard sell
  • Serve as a credible resource and brand ambassador within the local design and building community
  • Help establish the studio as an essential stop for anyone working in residential design

Manage the Studio Environment

  • Maintain the studio to the highest standard—lighting scenes, system functionality, and overall presentation
  • Ensure every visit feels intentional, polished, and consistent with the Strateres brand

Support Events and Business Development

  • Help plan and execute events including industry trainings, CEU sessions, and networking gatherings
  • Collaborate with sales and specification teams on client follow-up and engagement strategy
  • Track interactions, pipeline activity, and client feedback within CRM

  • Professional demeanor and confidence working with high-end clientele
